Yes, you should keep going to Church, no matter what. In fact, you should try to go more often, even daily, until you've got this conquered and make it your intention every time you go to Mass.
Yes, you should strive to stop masturbating. First of all, the key is to believe that you can instead of saying things like, "I can't." Second is to remove the "triggers" that make you want to. If you're looking at porn or if you always do it when you are in a certain situation, then destroy the porn and stay away from that certain situation. Third, replace that activity with something good and holy. Instead of sitting around looking at porn, read the Bible, volunteer at a soup kitchen, collect warm coats for the homeless, etc. Get yourself so tired after a full day of doing GOOD things, that you go to bed and fall right asleep.

I can't give you religious advice, but I am sure most Catholic boys as well as adherents to other religions face the same dilemma. Most psychiatrists, psychologists and other physicians consider masturbation to be normal, with no serious medical side effects.

i'm catholic too. i also go to church. and i also can't stop masturbating. it's normal for guys or people for that matter to do so. it's in our nature to want to have sex. should you keep it up? i think it's all up to you. if you're a devout catholic, try not to. but if you can't help confess after. that's all i can say. it's all up to you.
