Atmospheric pressure is always 1 atmospheres, 760 mm Hg, 760 torr, 101.3 kPa. Total pressure is gauge pressure plus atmospheric pressure. Gauge pressure is pressure of a system i.e something underwater has fluid pressure and atmospheric pressure.
