PMS won't affect a female president any more than hormones affect a man's judgment. I think a woman may have an easier time keeping her hands off the staff...

In Hillary's case, she is probably to old for that at 60, she is constantly the way she is. But hey, I'm a guy and I'm crankier some days than others, so what's your point.

Well we've had Presidents who were drunks, and cocaine users, and suffered from Alzheimer's so I don't see how PMS will be so bad.
