If something is "out of whack" it is uneven or out of alignment. The opposite of "out of whack" would mean that it is perfectly balanced.

I think "out of whack," meaning out of order or alignment, is kind of like "disgruntled," meaning to be dissatisfied. To be "in whack" does not exist, and to be "gruntled" does not exist. Other words are used to describe the opposite.

I think the opposite would be "in sync".
