troll-someone who asks/answers a question in such a manner as to get a "rise" out of the other people asking/answering.

If you look on the community guidelines it explains it. Pretty much a troll is someone who posts questions just to get reactions out of people. The questions are generally controversial or just plain dumb. Sometimes the are asked as if the person really wants an answer, but if you look into their other questions/answers you can tell that what they said is false.
A troll questions would look like:
I'm 13 with twins, how do I tell my mom? (this is one of those that is supposed to seem real, but is often a little farfetched)
I like having sex with cows. What farm animal do you like?
Do you think abortion is cool?
There are so many more out there, but they tend to look something like that.

It's supposed to be someone who gets accounts for the sole purpose of asking questions aimed at annoying people. People tend to think that any question they find annoying, then, is done so on purpose and call the person asking it a troll. This isn't always the case, though. Sometimes people are just too sensitive or don't want to bother having an open mind and just jump on anybody who asks a question they don't like, calling them a troll when they aren't.

Making human beings dumb, i think of not.
