Both. I shower in the morning to get refreshed, then at night after work. In the summer I generally shower after lunch here because of the heat and humidity.

Both but i mainly try to shower at night, why you might ask, because when i take a shower in da morning my hair gets frizzy but when i take one at night, it isn't frizzy in da morning!
