I am going on the next Survivor show (I'm not allowed to say where it is) and I'm wondering this: Should I starve myself to get used to being hungry, or store up calories in an effort to never BE hungry? I've asked a few people but with no avail. HELP ME!!!

If I was to prepare for this, I would worry more about conditioning than diet. Run, swim, etc. to get you in better condition, the diet will take care of itself.

Just don't eat as much as you usually do. Maybe two meals instead of 3? Wow, that is great that you get to be a contestant on Survivor. It's one of my favorite shows and I'll be watching it in February! Good Luck!

Anybody who watched sunday night knows where it's going to be and if it was me I would gain like 50 pounds so I could come home looking better than when I left.
