Just interested. Hopefully not all the answers are about Bush. Although I wouldn't mind all that much.

Good point McGee, maybe if the drug buyers were taxed and that extra money went against them (or towards them in the end, depending on how you look at it) they wouldn't bother buying the drugs at all. However I'm not sure if that would increase drug dealers or decrease them...wow, that is quite controversial, even I'm becoming opinionated.

The "Traditional" method of K-12 education in the US is directly responsible for academic under achievement by Americans. Numerous limitations need to be set on the Department of Education in order to create a competitive market for schooling services at low costs.

My big conspiracy theory is this:
How hard is it to cure the common cold?? I mean, come on. We can eradicate forms of Cancer and virtually wipe out Polio, but we can't cure the common cold?? I understand that it is a tricky little virus, and changes with each transmission, but come on. Please.
My theory is the Government(CDC, or something) has a cure
for almost every little disease out there. Think about it, how many companies, big businesses, doctors and such would perish, if we cured the common cold???? Think about it. Sounds crazy, but I believe it.

I believe instead of socializing medicine we should capitalize it. Capitalism solves more problems then socialism. To do that we need to flood the market with health care professionals and facilities and seeing as our government now spends 800 billlion a year on health care programs I'm sure we can flood the market pretty easily.

I think Ted Kennedy should only now be getting out of jail for manslaughter and leaving the scene of an accident.

Legalize all drugs, tax them, and use the tax money for drug treatment and education. It's a better idea than the failed "war on drugs."

I believe that Money is the only thing that is stopping humanity from acheiving peace on earth.
please think about this before you go along the lines of "But without capitalism we'd run out of resources!" - HERE'S A HINT; WE ARE RUNNING OUT OF RESOURCES BECAUSE OF CAPITALISM.
edit; lol, i just realised that it's too damn funny when i go caps and leave a full stop afterwards.

I believe Santa Claus's Carte Blanche access to US Airspace should cease. His workshop is being funded by the Saudi's, yet he employs elves at slave wages. He should be waterboarded and detained indefinitely until he reveals who he is working for and where he's hiding the WMDs!

Without a doubt, the choice whether or not to have an abortion. I happen to be pro-choice, and there's precious little MORE controversial than the abortion issue.
