Im a 14 year old male and for three or four days no when i wak up from a nap and urinate it hurts on the bottom tip of my penis and sometimes right in the middel of my penis and it burns some too and this happens off and on all the time will i die? i am so scarred please help

TELL YOUR PARENTS, HAVE THEM TAKE YOU TO A DOCTOR!
it could be a serious issue and if not treated, it could get more serious.

Sometimes, if you masturbate and do not urinate for some time afterward, semen may dry around the opening of the penis and cause pain when you urinate. If a pubic hair is stuck to the opening, the pain is even worse. The pain is at the tip of the penis or along the under surface. I think this is the most likely scenario.
A urinary tract infection is accompanied by pain every time you urinate, accompanied by a sense of urgency and frequent urination. A fever may or may not be present.
A prostate infection is rare at your age.
If you have had sex with another person recently, you may have a sexually transmitted infection. I am going to assume that this is not the case.
If symptoms persist, you need to see a doctor.

I don't think you are going to die. You may have an infection in your urinary tract. You may have to do a urine sample at the Doctors and probably will have to have antibiotics for a week and then you should be fine. Tell your mum or dad and I am sure they will help sort the problem.

You need to tell your parents that you need to go to a doctor. It could be something as simple as like a urinary tract infection, but if you are sexually active then it may be an std.
You can relax, but you should go to the doctor because if it is an infection or something, you need antibiotics.

will take an MD (doctor) to ascertain what you've picked up
and what antibiotics to get rid of it
NAH - you won't die - just feels like it

I believe you have an infection. You need to go to the Dr. and have your urine tested. Please relax dear...you aren't going to die. The Dr. will probably give you some antibiotics.

It is probably just a kidney infection.. it's not something that will kill you... get to the doc. and chill out..
