Say Thank You and appreciate what you were given! For myself I enjoy giving gifts more than I enjoy getting them. If they are truly your friends then they know it is the thought that really counts! Don't feel guilty, maybe you can afford to do a little more next year! (Even if it's only to bake everyone cookies!)

I mailed homebaked cookies (decadent chocolate cookies and chocolate chipes) to my pal who became single mom to a splash female. while she did no longer deliver me and my kin something for Christmas (basically a christmas card with a thank you observe on it), it became good sufficient for me. I additionally mailed my pal a purpose present card and a few abode made jam to my pal for her daughter's 4th birthday. i do no longer deliver homebaked presents with the purpose of extracting a latest from the recipients. I do it cuz I care. in case you do no longer plan on giving presents for Christmas and basically mailed out Christmas playing cards, confirm to digital mail or snail mail thank you notes to the givers after the holiday trips.
