Why the heck do you have NINE kids if you have no money?

If you where genuinely unaware that you where in any form of debt to the bank a simple trip to the bank and a talk with an administrator should have your account unfreezed, bit if you made a large purchase on a credit card and did not pay it back it is another story, the bank may be taking the $600 to pay off the loan, which they should NOT of done without your written consent. There is also the possibility of identity theft, check your credit report, and scan it for anything that you are sure you didn't purchase. You also can file a lawsuit against the bank, which i would not recommend because lawyers, cost money, and that is something you currently appear to not have.

If papers were not served on you, there is a
fault in the freezing of the account.
It will probably take more than a month to correct it, and you'd need legal aid to do so.
It doesn't hurt to ask you local legal aid to try.
It would help you to negotiate.

Call the company you owe the money to and negotiate with them. Only they can remove the freeze.
