This is also known as Epiphany, and most Catholics recognize this. We do not take out Nativity scenes or the Christmas decorations down until Epiphany.

I do. My parents confessed to me when I was an adult that they ALWAYS looked at all of the christmas presents under the tree and thought it was way too much, then took a few back to hold for Epiphany. So now I do the same thing with my kid. I guess I will stop with Epiphany when I finally stick to a budget around the holidays...lol
