The first thing you need to do is look at your past successes. Would you have gotten into Beauty and the Beast, Music Man, etc. if you were not talented? Clearly you are!
If I were you I would take advantage of your sister's past experience with the show and ask her to help you prepare. Think about what role/s you are most interested on and grill her on information about those characters. Already right there you have an advantage on other people who are auditioning. You are lucky to have her as a resource. Don't look at the fact that she was in the show 7 years ago as a bad thing. This is actually great for you! Perhaps success in this show runs in the family. But no matter what she will be in invaluable source of information.
Make sure you feel very comfortable with your audition song and just keep on reminding yourself of what you have already accomplished. It sounds as if you come from a talented family. They will be lucky to have you!
Break a leg and happy holidays!!

The best thing to do is be fully prepared as regards your material. Repeating mantras is sophmorish and smacks of grade school theatrics. Everyone should be a little nervous at an audition. When people come to my auditions I allow them to relax by kicking up some casual conversation with them, exchanging a joke or whatever. Be prepared. Be yourself.

Don't be nervous!! It is a GREAT play, I was in it twice (Once as Tessie, And again as Miss Hannigan), and I know the whole play by heart!
Your gonna love it!
Don't forget to have fun!!
Say everything with emotion, and always act with power, and say your words loudly and clearly, always react to everything, and when you are on stage, remember to face the audience!
If your trying out for Annie, you have to have a really good voice, but it has to sound like an 11 year old kid, a little, but still a good voice.
If you want to try out for one of the orphans (Molly(6 years old, Very cute), Kate (7 years old, Cute too), Tessie (10 years old, whiner), Pepper (12 years old, Toughest), July (13 years old, Shy), Duffy (13 years old, oldest)) you have to have a voice that is not the best in the World, But a pretty good voice.
If you want to try out for Miss Hannigan, You've got to be really mean!
Lily is a little ditzy, and she is Rooster's girlfriend, You don't have to have a great voice for her, But a good voice.
And Grace, is a great part, she has a really good voice.
I say, Go for it! Try out for Annie, What's the worst that could happen? I had a blast being Miss Hannigan and Tessie(But more fun with Tessie!)!

Of course. You already know about being well prepared, etc. What I am going to do is give you a mantra to repeat and then a suggestion about what to do at audition.
The mantra: Acting is playing, playing is fun, whenever I act I have fun. (repeat over and over as often as you can.)
What to do at audition : since the audition is another chance to act and to have fun, approach it as such and when you take the stage, make sure that the fun you are having is shared with the audience through your smile and energy. (You will get a good part.)
