Well my mom kept her boob job a secret, but I was young. If she was keeping a medical condition a secret from me, I wouldn't know.

My mom used to, but as she's gotten older I've started taking her to her appointments and consulting with the doctors on her health care.
Keep in mind, my mom is 75 and I'm 48. If you're like, 16 and yer 'rents are my age (or younger even) it's none of your business yet, so don't get all up in their grill, yo?

My mom keeps me in the dark as much as possible, and I'm glad. Why should a son or daughter have to worry about their parents' health unless it's terminal?
