That's your PC. Here are some options.
1. GOOD and may not require a power supply upgrade= ATI HD 2600XT or Geforce 8600GT.
2. BETTER but requires a bigger power supply= ATI HD 3870 or Geforce 8800GT. Your slow processor and possibly small RAM could bottleneck these very fast graphics card. For best performance, it may require you to overclock your current processor or upgrade to a faster processor. 1Gb RAM is fine for Win XP and 2Gb for Vista.

Well, it appears that you have a PCI-Expresss 16x slot in that computer, so you could put just about anything in there that the power supply can handle (which is probably not much...they usually put bare-minimum PSUs in these computers). What do you need the video card for? Gaming or something else? If you want to play games, which ones were you planning on playing?
You could put a high-end video card (like the 8800 or 2900XT) suggested below in there, but without also upgrading the power supply those cards will instantly crash in games because they won't get enough power.

well it depends if youre gaming,
Gamer: Xfx 8800gt 512mb
Sometimes Gaming: Asus 512mb 8600gts
Never: Asus 512mb 8600gt
Ohh and make sure you have at leats a 550watt Power Supply to run this if your getting 8800gt,
8800GT requires 550watt 600 recomended
8600GTS 450W 500 RECCOMENED
8600GT 400W 450 RECOMENDED
