Sounds like a urinary tract infection. Call your doctor. Drink lots of water. Drink some cranberry juice. Make sure you wipe front to back.

Feel better.

UTI like everyone else said. You'll need antibiotics to ensure it doesn't get worse. Cranberry juice and water are good to help flush it out, but without antibiotics (like ciprofloxacin), it could spread up your uterers and unto your kidneys. Those are the woooooooorst. You'll have to give a urine specimen to get the drugs, but it's so worth it.

You most likely have a UTI. Go see a doctor, and until then drink plenty of cranberry juice.

This could be an indication of a urinary tract infection but the only way to know for sure what is going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think is going on.

Well, it sounds like you may have an infection, or -if you're sexually active- you may have an STD. The only way to be sure is to visit your doctor and find out what's going on.
