First, go to their website and email the highest person in charge. Then, I'm sorry but you'll need to call them back and ask to speak to the highest person in charge available. When that person comes to the phone you'll have to tell them the whole story again but be very polite and very firm. If you feel even 'slightly' unsatified with that person-in-charge, then ask to speak to THEIR supervisor. Keep doing this and the higher up you get, the quicker you'll get your free replacement. If they say their supervisor is unavailable, then demand (nicely, but firmly) contact information for the President of the company! You'll usually be connected with the Vice-president of the company's SECRETARY. You will tell her your problem and she will ship that sucker to you overnight! I kid you NOT! They HAVE to pass you on to their supervisor or they could be fired. The secretaries won't bother their bosses so they'll just expedite the whole matter to make you go away happy. Trust me... this path works for any type of buisness. good luck to ya!
