living out of the country when it comes to the foreign policy stuff?

Romney has experience in the real world of business. Hillary & Obama have none!

Barack Obama hasn't lived outside the country since he could count his age with the fingers of one hand. Hillary Clinton has taken trips, and enjoys a "healthy" relationship with other countries, but policy has to trump experience at some point.
Mitt Romney hasn't just "done business" with businesses in other countries. And by the way, to do that you need to be able to deal with foreign governments as well as foreign businesses. He also managed the 2002 Olympics, which gave him further international exposure and experience.

Romney has run international business and actually made money. The other two only know how to spend others money.
