It simplifies to:

(54.a.b.b.b)/(81.a.a.a.b.b)...cancel by 27:

(2.a.b.b.b)/(3.a.a.a.b.b)....cancel by a:

(2.b.b.b)/(3.a.a.b.b)....cancel by b^2:

2b/3a^2.

Which is not one of the answers given. Are you sure that you have copied everything down correctly ? ? ?

None are correct... the correct answer is:

(2b) / (3a^2)

You should probably start by expanding the problem:

54*a*b*b*b
_________

81*a*a*a*b*b

Cancel out like terms and you should know where to go from there.
