Should be similar or depending on the plug/ignition setup.

Shock from a car spark plug wire

well i dont know about you, but my car battery has like 650 cold cranking amps, and compared to my lawn mower.... you get the point, although getting a zap from the lawn mower wouldnt feel good by any means, that car would send you running to the bathroom if it didnt drop you right on the spot.... ignition system shocks are some of the worst

I don't think you are going to feel the difference. I wouldn't test either. The car will have at least 50,000 Volts, the lawn mower likely less. The amps are really low, so won't kill you, but get your attention, yes.
