I saw on the internet that some people use Pi as their X values an others use numbers, but in my math class, my teacher uses degrees. I'm not sure what to do, or which one is right, or which is actually easier. Can anyone help me? Thanks.

It doesnt matter what you use... they are just units of measure. They dont change anything besides horizontal compression.

It depends on if you are trying to find your answer in radians or degrees. Neither one of them is incorrect, however the radians way (using pi) is usually taught after the degrees method. I would recommend sticking with degrees until you are taught about radian measure. My personal opinion is that degrees is easier, and I usually work with it and then convert to radians afterwards, but this may be only because for most of my schooling years I was taught in degree measure.

You can use degrees or radians,
(360 Deg. = 2 Pi Radians), but you're
always using an angle measurement.
