My headlights on my breeze are tilted all the way down pretty much. on the level that is in the head lamp itself is all the way to -2 (pointing low). is there a way to correct that problem because driving this car at night is a nightmare, with the high beams on the beams point like 10 feet infront of me.

There is an adjusting screw attached to the headlights with what looks like a level( tube with liquid and a bubble in it). If you start turning the screw, you should get some results with the aiming of the headlight. Try doing this in front of some wall. this will help you determine how much you need to go but the bubble should end up somewhere in the middle when you are done. Good luck and Merry Christmas!!!

Have your headlights aligned with the proper equipment, it will make a world of difference at night. Your state inspection station may have the necessary equipment.
