what is mc.exe and how can i get rid of it using chkdsk with ntfs?

i understand mc.exe is a corrupt file on my computer and i can use chkdsk utility to remove it but my computer was installed with ntfs and chkdsk does not support ntfs but fat 32

Press Ctrl+Alt+Del together and see if its in there.Processes.If
not.Right click start and left click explore all users and go through.May have a yellow question mark beside it.But isn't it ok.

mc.exe is an application by MouseCount, which is used to count Mouse Clicks for a given period of time
