what is mc.exe and how can i get rid of it using chkdsk with ntfs?

i understand mc.exe is a corrupt file on my computer and i can use chkdsk utility to remove it but my computer was installed with ntfs and chkdsk does not support ntfs but fat 32

mc.exe = microsoft message compiler.

chkdsk is not a removal tool, it repairs bad blocks of data on your hard drive. chkdsk runs on both FAT32 and NTFS.
