I have kept a dream journal for many years and love to look back on what I was dreaming when certain things were happening in my life.

For example; when my marriage was on the rocks, I had some very graphic bloody, violent dreams. Basically, that is what the relationship was doing to me, murdering my soul. Light bulb moment!

no because I always forget what I dreamed about. If I remember it, I never try to find the answer because my dream is always kind of combination of 2 or 3 things which makes me don't know how to find the answer in the dreams interpretation book.
