Yes, She made a careless mistake but let's look at the positive. She could have easily had an abortion and got rid of her responsibiltiy and not taken the risk of nickelodeon dropping her from the show. Yes, she was too young and she is suppose to be a role model for younger girls because they look up to her but she is human and it is a mistake. I would say as a consequence she should not play the Zoey character on Zoey 101 only because kids should see that you will have some type of consequence if you just have unprotected or even protected sex and get pregnant. I am not judging her but there is always an consequence with every action. Luckily for her she is in a position financially to take care of a baby but I don't know how emotionally and mentally because I don't know her. But my concern is that she has followers and little girls who want to be ZOEY and now she got pregnant so what does these little girls are suppose to think

Why is everyone bashing this girl like she's some kind of hooch? The average age a girl loses her virginity now is 14! So there was an accident apparently or not enough responsibility on their end... There are tons of teenage moms that are wonderful moms..... She's not a ho or any of the above, she's probably a scared young woman.....what if it was you or your girlfriend?

we al believed jamie was a good role model unlike her sister.
jamie is a member of the nickilodian family and these choices will
strongly impact her future. this is just an oponion, but im guessing
shes screwed. sorry if this is mean or offensize you and anybody eles
but its true.

I would look back over my young life and wonder where I went wrong. Then, I would realize my mistake and try to make the best out of this situation. I would also grow up REALLY fast because I am going to be a mom.
I wish her well.

I would publicly state that I made a stupid choice. However, here is what is GOING to happen: The media is going to glamorize the whole thing, and look at it as an opportunity to sell maternity and baby fashions, with pictures of Jamie Lynn shopping at department stores all over the TV and tabloids.

I would be questioning the role models (or lack there of) in my life that have influence and that I am choosing to follow. I would also evaluate the example that I am setting and what type of role model I want to be. That is where I would start. She has 9 months to think about it.

I wouldn't have gotten knocked up. She's gonna turn out like Britney, and that's reallyyyyyy too bad.

Quit her show on Nickelodeon. She's lost her credibility as a teen role model. I'd try my best to sink into anonymity and the famous life. Good luck to her and the baby... they'll need it.

I would have the baby, and get help from my mother and bf to raise it. I would want my child to have as normal a life as possible, so I'd probably drop the Nick shows so I could focus on raising a child.
