Why dosen't the Paparazzi get arrested for stocking?
The stars that they stock should press charges for stocking and I would think it would shop.

If you look at the California laws, one element for both civil and criminal stalking is the reasonable fear of attack or death.

If the stars made less money, people wouldn't care about their personal lives and the Paparazzi would not exist.

Because barefoot photographers spread fungus from their toes and stockings keep the nasty smell down to a minimum. Believe me, celebraties do NOT want smelly, moldy paparazzi STALKING them.
