Rush YYZ Question?

I bet my friend that the title of Rush's song was YYZ, he claims that his dad (who played this song when he was younger in a band) said it was XYZ. Which is it, and why would his dad think it was XYZ? Is there something relating to Rush to think it was XYZ? Thanks.

"YYZ" was written by the band Rush based on the Toronto airport call sign. The main melody is the letters Y-Y-Z in Morse code. Collect your money.

The Rush song is called "YYZ" which by the way is the three-letter abbreviationn for the Toronto airport.
