okay so yesterday i noticed that my right nipple is kinda hard when u push on it, and swollen and red around it. my left breast has always been a bit bigger, so i don't know if my right one is just growing or do i have something wrong that needs to be checked? my right one also seems kinda hard and stuff and kinds hurts but not really. so help!! thanks. oyeah and i'm only 13

okay i would also add that my right nipple/breast is noticeably heavier than my left and the nipple is kinda flat on the tip (i don't really know how to describe it) and my left is squishy and pink just like usual. my right one is a bit darker in color too. okay thank you soo much :]

This could be related to you still growing but I would recommend letting your mom and your doctor know what's going on so that they can help you keep an eye on it.
