when i try to turn the car off it stops at ACC and won't go to off the key comes out and the engine goes off but the radio and mileage lights stay on. anyone know whats wrong and how much its going to cost (yes theres a security code for the key i was told I'll have to take it to a dealer)

The ignition switch is bad.

Have you tried wiggling the gearshift selector while turning the key? If that doesn't help, you will probably need to have a new ignition lock installed. Yes, you will have to have it done by a dealer. They will have to program the new key.
