I do it at least once daily. I find that it helps me wake up in the morning plus it is normally up at that time. My girlfriend thinks I am crazy for doing it up to two times a day. What is normal? I personally think I am totally normal.

It it very normal to masturbate, and doing it 2 times a day is normal as well. I do it once a night before I go to bed.

Normal is whatever you can handle- totally depends on your age. Don't fall in love with your hand though. Warm bodies are 10 million times better!

Generally one or two times but as many as ten. I just go up to he edge and no farther though, most of the time.

7-8 times a day is normal for me. Im addicted to orgasm from any method. At the mo, I have been without sex for 6 months as my wife is in too much pain from her pregnancy, so I have been doing it a lot more lately & I cant stop myself. But Im not concerned about doing it too much, its all good.

i used to be a once a day guy myself, but ever since starting anti-depressants it just takes too damn long, so i atleast try for 3 times a week or so...once a day is perfectly healthy :)
