What does it mean when they say tongue & Cheek? or two peas in a pod? or Shes the cats meaw?

The expression is "tongue IN cheek". It means that someone is speaking facetiously.

Actually, the correct saying is "Tongue IN Cheek", and what it means is saying something intentionally wrong - sarcastic or whatever....
Peas come in pods, so two together would be very close, eh?
"She's the cat's meow" means ...jeez, that's a toughy.... Cats "meow", and that's all they do (except eat and sh** everywhere), so if they didn't they'd have no form of communication.... so it means "She's the cat's form of communication" (sorry, being a little "Tongue-in-cheek there!)
