I found out that I was either born at 3:30pm or 3:45 pm one of, or in between those times - if the later than I'm Gemini rising and if the former than I'm Taurus rising.
Can I have a description of each one to try and figure out which one it is without having to dig up my birth certificate?

I've been told I have a "mischevious glint" in my eyes. I'm usually smiling or making a goofy expression in pictures - I don't really look as serious as a taurus rising I think.

Sagitarius was probably ascending 28 degrees or so in the horizon (east) at 4 am, dec 19th when you are born, and 28 degrees under your feet 6 hours before. If we assume that your 3:30pm given here is the local time and is not affected by laws like war time, break time or energy saving time, you are born 11 1/2 hours after that 4am when sag ascended in the horizon (east). This is an indicator of the direction in which the sun's rays hit your head when you took your first breath of fresh air, and of the direction in which your back was slapped 6 hours before you are born. 2 hours per sign for 24 hours a day indicate that the zodiac's wheel fully spins around us once a day. Indeed the earth spins on itself and exposes its inhabitants to different parts of the sky at different times. Meanwhile 11.5 hours divided in 2 hours per sign gives 5.25 signs farther than the beginning of sag, which had almost finished his speech when you are born. So we have 5.25 sign and about 80% of another, or 0.8 sign. 5.25 + 0.8 gives 6 and a couple of decimals, and the sixth sign after sag is gemini. You are therefore an ascending gem, and Quaoar was apparently in gemini (immediate angle) when you are born. I'm not a 100% sure about it, mainly because i was not there, and because i just don't like to look sure and be assaulted afterwards.

Well the difference between the gemini ascendant and the taurus ascendant is pretty drastic. Can you provide a pic?

The biggest difference between these two, though, is the Gemini ascendant's alluring, sort of deviant, "I'm cool and don't i know it" look, lol, and makes the person look young, rather than older and more matured like the Taurus ascendant does.

form in natal chart on google and calculate his delivery chart. verify to have his time and place of delivery. by potential of doing the delivery chart you would be attentive to his moon ascendent and others.
