I will have to agree with the first reply to this question. To my knowledge, the legislative branch writes laws, the judicial branch interprets laws, and the executive branch enforces laws (in a simplified explanation).

You have to know this already! Please tell me you do! Look up the structure of US government on Google, and consider the purpose of the three branches - executive, legislative, and judicial
