Well it could be a fuel problem or spark problem or even a bad alternator take it in and get it checked you local parts store should be able to do this for you free of charge if you had to jump start the car then I would guess it to be the alternator is bad. because it won't charge the battery enough to start and is killing the truck if the gas isn't being pressed down

If the battery had been dead long enough the acid inside the battery turned to water and will hold either a very weak charge or next to no charge at all. Probably need a new battery or there is a problem with tthe battery you currently have now.

This is a problem with the alternator. Go to a car repair shop and ask them to replace the alternator and the cables to the battery. I hoe that everything works out for you.

sounds like the charging system is not working or the battery is broken.
check the voltage ( like from the lighter socket ) to see what is going on.

Cells got water/ maybe a small crack you cannot see replace battery!
