MSN, Windows Live Search, Microsoft... they are all TOAST.
(kidding). No, MSN is becoming Windows Live. Your old links should work for a while.
Oddly enough, the Microsoft logo has been the same since I first saw in in 1978, and I use that as an example to explain BRANDING. But renaming MSN to Windows Live is a very poor example of throwing away good BRANDING principles. Maybe Bill Gates should send his marketing staff back to college for a refresher course.
Good Luck and Happy Computing!

No, of course it's not - it's got so many users, Microsoft couldn't afford to close it's service down!
You've probably heard it from a chain mail message where it says if you don't repost a certain message MSN will close down. Like other people have said MSN messenger has turned into 'Windows Live Messenger' so in theory MSN messenger has but really it hasn't (if you see what I mean) because it's only had a name change.

I bet you heard that on an email?
it's RUBBISH.. and not from msn
it's a way for spammers to harvest email address's to spam.
people forward the email WITHOUT removing the previous headers and spammers eventually get the email back with loads of email address's to spam.
if your curious , google part of the text, and normally it will come up as a hoax..
as for forwarding to people REMOVE all previous email address's and instead of using TO, use BCC.. then no one gets the mail lists.. if more people did that , there would be far less scummy spammers on this planet.

No, if you get any emails saying it is just delete them. They are simply a phishing scam/contain some sort of virus.

It would be nice. msn.com is one of the only sites left that actively block Opera.
