How can a small business put pressure on a big Fortune 50 company to pay its account?

I have several thousand dollars in open invoices with a major corporation that I have a great relationship with. They keep promising to pay but I never get paid. What should I do?

Try finding out what the delay is. Have they used all of this year's budget? Are they disputing the charges?

If they are unwilling to discuss or commit to a time table then seek a legal remedy.
