So I inserted the tampon but it feels kinda weird...
Did I do something weird ?
OH and it was my first time using tampon.

Sounds like you didn't insert it far enough. You should not be able to feel it at all in there. Make sure you're using a tampon meant for your flow level, do not use a heavy flow tampon if you're not having a heavy flow.

yes it will feel weird the first few times. I actually did not have it in far enough the first few times I used them, and I could not sit with out pain. Good luck, and I personally liked the plastic applications when i first started using, because they glide easy.

probably, if you want you can take it out and use a new one and try to get it up farther, that will help, it feels kinda weird the first time

Yes, it does feel weird till you get used to them. Be sure to read the instructions so you get it in right. Be sure to get it in far as you can, kind of squatting I found easiest.===
