My 2nd block class is a study hall. The students never listen to the teacher or do their work.
Today(well, not just today) they were talking about these videos and pictures online, where people torture or kill themselves or other people and animals, even babies. They went onto a website to look at these and they kept laughing at a video they described as someone jumping off a building and laughing at how grotesquely they died. I don't want to hear how they beat their dog with the butt of a rifle, or how these other people tortured a cat. I can't eat lunch after that class, it's disgusting. That website should be blocked, and these students really scare me.
Should I report these students? What we even be done about it? It isn't like they are harrassing someone or stealing.

I've known those boys forever, and it is more than shock value. In their spare time they watch videos of people being tortured and disfigured or inflicting it on others, and then they laugh. It's not a heh heh I'm laughing along laugh. It is one of those laughs that when a guy is truly delighted, it goes up in pitch and sounds like a girls giggle.

I think you should report them, or more specifically, the website they were viewing so that it can be blocked. While there's nothing illegal with what they're doing, it certainly is disgusting and disconcerting.

These boys are just doing it for shock value. The are probably trying to look cool and tough to eachother. They are more then likely harmless. Either way, that website should not been available to through the school's internet access. Maybe tell them yourself that it is gross or tell a teacher.

that sounds horrible.
put up a program to block that website.
these students can get detention, be suspended, or at worst, expelled. Talk to the principal. ;]

Report them immediatlly
they can be expelled
ask the teacher or dean to keep the confidence so noone will know you told on them
you should do something about it becasue if something happens your going to feel guilty

Yes you should. This type of behavior is disturbing. They need help or else it could escalate into something far worse.

just report them..plain and simple and stay away from them. No one needs friends like that.
