what do you do if everytime you accerlerate over 30 miles per hour and the car begins to sputter as if it doesnt want to pick up speed

complete tune-up first and check for restricted exhaust system and fuel pressure/volume

CHange your fuel filter, it's not letting gas through!!!!!
