First, I must tell you that I really really think it's a better idea to spell names the way they are usually spelled. Pyper won't thank you for having to spell her name every single day until she dies. If it sounds the same, I think it's silly to have an unusual spelling for no reason other than to be different.
That said:
Jake David I don't like because both have the long A sound. I would not go with Jaymee Lynn just because of Jamie Lynn Spears. I like Haydun Grace, Pyper Lynn, and Maysun Lynn, and all of the boy names are nice. Tanner is probably the least popular, which might be good, since there seem to be a billion Joshs and Jacobs around these days, but if you don't care about that they're all nice.

Piper is a sweet name, but I hate the random Y's and U's in these names. Most of these names are very common, and spelling them wrong doesn't make them unique. If you like common names, spell them right. 95% of Emily's are spelled Emily. The other 5% will spend the rest of their lives spelling it out for people, because it's so out there. Also, Jamie Lynn (Spears) is all that comes to mind with Jaymee Lynn. Maysun/Mason is a boy's name, and should stay that way. Frankly, I think Haydun/Haydn is a boy's name too, but that's more unisex than Mason.
How about Piper Jean, Madeline Grace, and Jacob Andrew?
They're all traditional names that are more common, but don't match, and they're all spelled properly.

Emily Jean and Hayden Grace are nice names but I would spell them this way. Joshua Andrew is a great name and so is Jacob David so either of those would be good. I also like Jaymee Lynn for a girl but it reminds me to much of Jaime Lynn Spears.

I would in no way shape or form go with Jaimee Lynn. The only reason is because well, Jaime Lynn Spears in pregnant, going downhill etc.
My triplet brothers names are Cory Collin and Craig. For your siblings, I'd go with:
Emilee Jean, Hayden Grace and Tanner John.

for the boy i think either Joshua Andrew or Tanner John would be adorable
and for the girls i can tell you like the second name Lynn and i'm thinking Emily Jean (slightly change the spelling but u don't have to) and i guess Jamie Lynn because the other names sound like boy names just slightly altered but they are all nice
Congratulations you your mom and you 3 new siblings!!
oh and Anoymas A the spelling "nikki" if for a girl (nicole) and if the buy wants to be called that the proper spelling for it would be the unisex way "nicky"

Honestly, I really dislike the girl names. First of all, they're trendy and they're MISSPELLED. Usually I have no problem with that, but with trendy names like Jaime, Hayden or Emily, it's bad.
Mason is a boy's name BTW, and way too masculine for a girl.
For a girl, Piper Lynn, Emily Jean or Hayden Grace would be nice. They're a bit trendy, plain and boring for me, but that's me. They're not really that bad though, but you could put a bit more though into it.
For the boy, I like Jacob Tanner. Mix and match for me. They flow together the best, and it's just two really nice names together.
Piper Lynn, Hayden Grace and Jacob Tanner would be my choice.
