No. I couldn't do that to him, and I don't think you do either.
if I did it would develop into MAN FLU and that's even worse to cope with

I would love to make my husband sleep in the garage when he has man flu as he snores more than usual and moans that he is unwell. I am a loving wife really but even though he has decided he's dying I still have to get up for work in the morning so if he is genuinely ill or super annoying I usually sleep in the other room.

My hubby opts to sleep on the futon in the lounge if he is sick, as do I. I don't want to give him anything that will make him uncomfortable or will stop him going to a job he loves. I have 3 kids and a baby to care for during the day, I can't afford to get sick!
Though if he gets in the dog house then he sleeps in the garage.

It depends...although the garage never comes into play. Often I will sleep on the couch so he is more comfortable. When he's sick he doesn't like anyone to touch him and I'm a snuggly sleeper. The rule in our house is the sick person gets the bed

No the hubby sleeps in same bed when I have a cold as I don't snore and just a bit snuffly - however when he has a cold, Jeez he is relegated to the sofa - he snores normally but light snoring which I am used to, when he is all congested (he had a nasal/cleft palate as a child) so finds it hard o blow his nose etc. This makes him snore worse than a pneumatic drill - (swear the neighbours hear) so I am afraid he is on the sofa until I am asleep - then he creeps in!

Thats how i have a cold now haha. Yes we still sleep with each other even when sick. Think it actually helps the person feel better having another warm body next to them in bed.

There's no point in being a stinker. By the time symptoms show up, you've been thoroughly and completely exposed. You'll be lucky if your immune system happens to be capable of brushing off the exposure and avoiding the cold - but ain't no use being a prick; by the time you realize your partner has a cold, it's too late for isolation to do anything other than piss him/her off.

I take care of him and snuggle with him.. I would never put my husband out for being sick. If it was that much a concern that I didnt get sick i would sleep on the couch and let him have the bed, but its never been that big of a concern.

Yes he would not get out of it and we do not have any spare beds so I would have to sleep on the sofa. Much better to just turn the other way in the bed.
