Many things m8 many many things.
1. Disconnect form the net stright away by unpluging at the phone socket.
2. Get a freind 2 bung u some decent adware malware and virus protection programs.
3. Search your computer for odd files.
a good place to look is in the system32 folder of windows.

Scan your system with a updated anti virus, check for key loggers, use a spyware checker, a check and see if your missing any files or if anything has changed. You may also just have a virus or trojan that needs to be found and eliminated. Check and see if any programs have been added to your add remove list.

What makes you think you got hacked? If you really did, disconnect from the internet, reboot into safe mode and run your anti-virus program plus any anti-spyware programs you have.
