It depends what you feel most comfortable in. For me thats about 10C/50F. People from warmer climates than mine may feel most comfortable at 30C/90F. It depends on the climate you are used to, your body mass, health, humidity, winds etc etc and of course what you class as perfect!

The ideal temperature for a perfect day's snow skiing is very different from that for a perfect day's water skiing. Different people prefer different temperatures for different reasons. My own preference is 26-29°C.
