no. i usually dont know that it is PMS unitl a couple of days later when i look back and think...oh thats why i was in such a bad mood, or so sensitive. we dont do it on purpose and we dont even know that it is happening until we look back on it.

I do not use it as an excuse. I usually am grumpy before I realize I am entering PMS. Most men do not understand how difficult it actually is.

No, I don't need to make "excuses" for any mood I am having. PMS does make me legitimately cranky, but I don't use it as an excuse at all. It's an explanation.
