Carbon is in all foods.
We ingest hydrogen in all foods, along with water and when we breathe.
Nitrogen may enter our bodies when we eat proteins. (they have a functional group called an amine-- a N with two H's bonded to it)
Calcium can be found in milk and nowadays, in orange juice too.

We don't exist before we are born. That being said, I would like to believe that no sentient being is so mentally diseased they would willingly choose a deformed/crippled body or mind just for the experience. That indeed is one sick kind of hedonism.
