I'm thinking of having them install a graphics card for me?

Any issues, problems or concerns pertaining to Geek Squad?

Thanks,

Asked them about installing a new keyboard on my laptop, told would take about a week, would have to be done in their "Clean" room. The charge would be 230.00, I thought a little high.

Anyway, kept looking around and found a site, that I could download a repair manual, for my laptop, looked thru it and found was a "peice of cake" to remove and re-install new keyboard, got keyboard on line, and 7 screws later had new keyboard installed, took all of 23 minutes.

Geek Squad? No comment.

Asking that kind of open question can lead to possible legal problems. If you have having a problem with a specific squad member, say so - or at least state the store he or she works out of. Not all techs are the same. I, personally, have never used them. To save money bring your system to a local shop - that way you don;t pay for a home visit.

Graphic Cards aren't that complicated to install.
Try these sites
http://peripherals.about.com/od/videographicscards/ht/installvideocar.htm
http://videos.howstuffworks.com/howstuffworks/39-how-to-install-a-graphics-card-video.htm

or search for some videos on Google

Very over priced, they are really a rip off. Not only do they cost ten times as much as they should, most of what they do they send off to somewhere else to do it.

Don't bother... If you didn't buy it there, don't get it installed there. Get it installed where you bought it. The chances of it being installed improperly go down quite a lot.

dont have them do it, do it your self.
It is pretty much impossible to mess it up becuase it will only fit in one slot, try it yourself first
