First album. Sammy just didnt have the enthusiasm and just wild and craziness Roth did.

The debut album. They would never be as loud or as metal ever again
And I love Sammy hagar as a solo act and with Montrose but with VH he just sucked wind.

Easily the first one, no contest. David Lee Roth's stuff with the band kicks the crap out of anything Sammy Hagar did with them.
