uh... that question's kinda weird. that's like asking what percent of milk is water or something... it's not necessarily wrong but it's just weird
anyways, by definition, ocean water (salt water) is not pure (you mean fresh water right)
ocean water is water (H2O) which contains dissolved solutes, including salt (NaCl), magnesium, potassium, calcium, etc. there are also dissolved gases such as carbon dioxide. fresh water also contains dissolved stuff, but just a lot less of it. pure water would be just H2O, and that would just be weird. you don't even drink pure water. it would probably taste really bad. seriously

None of the ocean water is pure water. Average ocean salinity is 3.5%, so average ocean water is 96.5% water.

Pure for what?
Pure water? It is about 3.5% salt
There is mch pollution in there too.
