Nasa, has been everywhere in the universe they could possible go without getting killed, and everywhere they have been, they haven't found the first storage building anywhere, yet so many people believe that there is extra terestrial life out there some where, so where is it?

Aliens and UFOs are not related at all.
Aliens probably exist, but if they do, they are on planets too far away to see and they are not visiting Earth in space ships.
UFOs are not alien space ships. They are just unknown things poorly seen and badly described by people who don't know what they are seeing. The saucer or space ship like appearance in photographs is almost always faked because most of the really spectacular UFO pictures are hoaxes.

First of all, a UFO is an Unidentified Flying Object, not an Unknown Flying Object. So for example, if someone decides to throw something into the air and you can't picture it, it will be a UFO, technically.
With the basic stuff out of the way, we can get started.
In order for intelligent life to develop, some very specific things MUST take place. One of the many things that is needed is time. When the first life forms inhibited Earth, they were the simplest, primordial figures, with the oldest found to be about 4 billion years old. It took about that much time for those figures to evolve to intelligent beings (humans).
Continuing from the previous part about time, lies another branch. In order for a planet with living conditions to survive that long, there must be a star that will live that long; a star too massive will run out of gas quickly while a less massive star will consume its fuel over a longer perios of time. There are many more living conditions that must be present.
With all of the required conditions for intelligent life, the search must be extended out further for a greater chance in finding it. For the next closest star to us, there are likely to be planets, which may contain life, but maybe not intelligent life.
With intelligent life living no closer than 4.2 lighy years away from us, it will be highly unlikely that they will travel that distance just to see us, unless they are "unintelligent", but then they wouldn't be able to journey out of their own planet.

For eons humans have documented stories about humanoids and strange sightings of flying objects.
Many are misinterpretation, hallucinations, hoaxes, but some can not be explained.
To this date we don't know.
You have several groups of people in this forum.
The hardcore skeptics that won't believe their own eyes if they see one. Unless they can catch one study document the findings and receive concurrence from the scientific community.
The religious fanatics, the jokers, the dooms days.
Nasa have not been everywhere. Don't expect to see spacecraft hangars on the Moon.
Wherever they come from it is not from anywhere close.
Read, read a lot, from all sources. Make questions, lots of them. Then read some more and let common sense present the answers.

Well UFO's are build using material not of this earth. You seen the films T2 and Roswell. There is bases that hold such craft, and as usual it's top secret.

in another galexy there maybe another type of earth with alians but there are no alian ufos they are UNIDENTAFIED FLYING OBJECTS just suspichos aircrafts
